PAYMENT SERVICES

Clients who want to start using FORTISSIMO’s services must enter into a General Agreement. They can make it in one of two possible ways:

By remote access - from a computer

• Complete and send your registration form.
• You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to proceed:
  • Sending a signed General Agreement.
  • Proof of identity
    • By sending a copy of two identity documents (Identity Card, Passport, Driving License),
    • By sending a copy of the proof of account maintenance with a bank domiciled in the European Union,
    • By sending an authorization payment from an account maintained in the client's name (the amount in any of 10 currencies will be credited to your account).
• Filling in the introductory questionnaire (basic questions that each bank will ask you when opening an account).
• After the successful opening of the payment account, you will receive information on the activation of services together with a scan of the General Agreement agreed by both parties by e-mail.

By remote access - from a mobile phone

• Download the FortiPay mobile application to your mobile phone.
• Fill in the registration.
• Attach double-sided photos of two your proofs.
• Attach a copy of the proof of account maintenance with a bank domiciled in the European Union - can be sent later.
• Confirm acceptance of the General Agreement and General Business Terms.
• Send an authorization payment from the above mentioned account (any currency and amount will be credited to your account).
• When registering a legal entity, send a copy of the document confirming its existance.
• After successful completion of the registration process, you will receive information on the activation of services together with a scan of the General Agreement agreed by both parties by e-mail.

In person at FORTISSIMO’s office

• Present required documents of identification.
• Sign the General Contract.
• The authorisation payment not required.
• After the successful opening of the payment account, you will receive information on the activation of services together with a scan of the General Agreement agreed by both parties by e-mail.
